Project Engineer

Esteban Toribio Shmidt is an engineer with more than 7 years of experience working in all stages of large-scale energy projects.

Before ApriSolar, Esteban worked as a Project Engineer at Veolia North America for the Cogeneration Power Station. Prior to that Esteban worked at Fluor Daniel and Inelectra as a data and technical engineer, focused on critical operation identification in processes and corrective action implementation.

Outside of the office he is an active member of the Community of Sant’Egidio, a non-profit organization committed to helping disadvantaged communities mitigate the impact of poverty.

Esteban is fluent in Spanish and English and is proficient in Dutch.

Esteban holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Thermofluids from Northeastern University in Boston, United States. He received a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from ITBA (Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires) in Argentina.
